Canada Rare Earth – In the Business of Rare Earths March 2019 Corporate Update
Vancouver, British Columbia: Canada Rare Earth Corp. (“Canada Rare Earth” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: LL) is developing an international supply chain business based on our commodity-trading platform and existing, developing and planned processing facilities.
Tracy A. Moore, Chief Executive Officer of Canada Rare Earth explained, “we are encouraged by recent corporate finance activities in the rare earth sector which demonstrate confidence in the vertical integration strategy we are pursuing.”
Peter Shearing, Chief Operating Officer of Canada Rare Earth continued, “Our supply chain is active with higher than historical average levels of product and we are continuing to push for even greater volumes as our customer base continues to request more product from us.”
Amongst other activities we highlight the two projects we announced in February:

Rare Earth Mine and Processing Opportunity – the 50 metric ton sample is readying for shipment to our three designated testing facilities.

Property Purchase Opportunity – due diligence continues with positive results, so far. Project financing is advancing at a subsidiary company level, on a non-recourse basis to Canada Rare Earth. Closing originally scheduled for April 2, 2019 is now anticipated for late April or May 2019. There can be no assurance that the final conclusions of due diligence will be positive, that operations will be profitable, or that the financing can be arranged on acceptable terms.
The Company would also like to announce that, in accordance with its stock option plan and subject to regulatory approval, it has granted 2,350,000 incentive stock options, exercisable at $0.05 for a period of 5 years to various directors, consultants and employees of the Company.
